Sundance Cottages was established in 1985 with just two cottages that the Lowther family bought from someone else and renovated. Those cottages are no longer with us but they built 22 more over the years to serve our customers.

After 30 years the Lowther family decided to pursue other interests, but the current owner, Yan (Annie) He, continues the tradition of welcoming guests to Sundance with the expected Island hospitality.
