In today’s competitive job market, it’s crucial to have a strong local professional network

Join PEI Connectors on Friday, November 19th, 2021, at Rodd Charlottetown for our in-person speed networking event, Advancing Career Connections (ACC) UPEI, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

ACC UPEI is a speed networking event that will connect local industry professionals to final year domestic and international post-secondary business students who are pursuing either their bachelor's or master's degrees. ACC UPEI will enable participants to expand their professional networks and get closer to achieving their career goals in PEI.

Twelve employers from across PEI will be available for 15-minute networking sessions with ACC UPEI attendees. Through these 15-minute networking sessions, attendees will have an opportunity to pitch their skills, ask a few questions and personally deliver their resumes to employers.

Advancing Career Connections had previously organized virtual workshops to prepare attendees to put their best professional foot forward when making professional connections at ACC and beyond.

These workshops covered what to include on your resume, personal branding, networking during COVID-19, how to remain confident while networking in 2021, and more. They will prepare you to be the best professional version of yourself so that you can make a great impression at ACC UPEI on November 19th.
